CHARLOTTE DUVALL

National Little Miss

2025-2026

Charlotte Sue Duvall (or Cha Cha, as she likes to be called) is a quirky and dynamic 9-year-old who loves to embrace new challenges! Whether she’s drumming with her purple sticks, playing flag football, or wrestling (just to prove that girls can do anything!), Charlotte is always up for an adventure. As a passionate advocate for Relay For Life, she has raised over $10,000 since 2022 for the American Cancer Society in memory of her Auntie Shannon and in support of her Morfar. Charlotte’s fundraising efforts have included hosting raffles, ice creams and lemonade sales, and carnival games. Her Labubus For Life raffle raised over $600 leading up to and during IUM Internationals Week 2025.

A self-directed learner at Pace Academy, Charlotte excels in math and literacy, working several grade levels ahead. She dreams of becoming a Disney Imagineer, where she can use her creativity to make magic.

Charlotte is the founder of Glitter Bug Girls, a project to clean up her neighborhood, and Charlotte’s Community Cupboard, through which she delivers cookies to first responders and community helpers. For the past two years, she’s delivered over 15 cases of cookies along the East Coast while traveling to Internationals and looks forward to expanding her reach this year as National Little Miss.

Charlotte recently completed her first season with The Show Choir Studio, where she was a featured soloist. She will begin musical theater lessons this fall to further her love of performance.

A passionate traveler, Charlotte has visited France, Sweden, The Bahamas, and The United Kingdom. She has taken 4 solo flights, including two cross-country trips, with a goal to explore even more this year.

Charlotte is a talented musical theater actress and speaker, having won the International Talent Award last year and the International Spokesmodel Award this year. She’s a natural at public speaking and loves inspiring others with her voice and enthusiasm. Charlotte is just as comfortable rocking a gown on stage as she is delivering cookies to first responders or working to clean up her community.

Internationals Experience

Favorite Moment:
Charlotte’s favorite moment at IUM Internationals was at the Queen’s Gala, where she embraced her fun-loving side by getting a caricature drawn with her tongue sticking out. It was silly, spontaneous, and perfectly reflected her playful personality!

Sisterhood Memory:
After her talent performance, Charlotte’s IUM sisters cheered her on from the audience, and the love and encouragement she received from them were heartwarming. She formed a special bond with her Volunteer State sash sister, and together, they cheered each other on all week, embodying the supportive and empowering spirit of the IUM sisterhood.

Unexpected Impact:
Charlotte was deeply touched by the overwhelming support for her Labubus For Life raffle. The response helped her raise over $600 for cancer research in less than two weeks, proving how much the IUM family truly cares about making a difference in the world.

Why This Experience Was Different:
Charlotte loves how IUM creates a strong sense of belonging while providing a clear path for success. Ms. Holly and Ms. Krisann’s dedication to all the contestants made Charlotte (and her Mom!) feel fully supported and empowered to shine. This environment is what excites her most about continuing her journey with IUM as a National Titleholder. There is a very distinct feeling at IUM
