Destiny Tran is a first-generation Vietnamese-American and a Business Intelligence Analyst at a global intercom and access control company, where she became both the youngest and first woman to hold her position. In her role, she helps teams make smarter, data-driven decisions by turning numbers into insights that drive real impact.

She’s also the founder of Beyond The C.L.O.U.D., a platform that supports young women in STEM and business through mentorship, scholarships, and leadership development. She recently awarded her first scholarship, giving over $1,000 to a student pursuing her degree in data science at the University of North Texas. This year, Destiny plans to keep growing Beyond The C.L.O.U.D. through school visits, appearances, digital campaigns, and by integrating her platform with the IUM organization. Her goal is to continue spreading both opportunity and encouragement to the next generation of female leaders.

As a content creator with over 23,000 followers on TikTok, Destiny shares her journey openly, from lifestyle and beauty content to the realities of being a woman in tech and pageantry. She believes every girl deserves to see someone who looks like her doing the thing she dreams of.

One of her favorite memories from Internationals was a late-night pizza run with girls from her Miss class. It felt like a scene straight out of Miss Congeniality, with a bunch of titleholders in full glam, laughing over greasy slices and inside jokes. “There was no pressure, no competition, just a bunch of girls enjoying each other's company,” she says. That moment showed her how real and special the IUM sisterhood truly is.

Fun fact: Destiny was born in Vietnam and immigrated to Washington when she was two. She grew up dancing, did drill in high school, and yes, she can rock a kickline.
