Hey there! I'm Brittany Goodman, your newly crowned National United Miss. I'm a 23-year-old marketing and event coordinator in the legal industry, but my true passion lies in advocacy and empowering others.

After experiencing assault and domestic violence, I decided to turn my pain into purpose and founded "Strength Over Silence." It's a platform where I share my story and educate students across 16 states (and counting!) about the harsh realities of sexual assault. I want survivors to know that they are not alone and that their voices matter.

Through my blog, boldbeautifulblog.com, I embark on a personal journey as a proud plus-size woman in pageantry. I not only share my experiences at International United Miss events but also provide valuable resources and first-hand accounts that promote transparency, break stereotypes, and foster understanding.

When I'm not busy changing the narrative, I find joy in being a proud dog mom. Tinkerbell, my 16-year-old Sheltie-Pit Bull mix, has been with me through thick and thin, reminding me of the unconditional love that exists in this world.

My journey with International United Miss began like many others, at a state pageant. I had the honor of reigning as Miss Georgia for a year, and that experience fueled my determination to return to the international stage as National United Miss Atlanta.

National United Miss is not just a title to me; it's an opportunity. It provides an incredible platform for previous state queens like me, state runners-up, or those looking to try pageantry for the very first time to shine on an international scale. The friendships I've formed through IUM are countless, and they have played a significant role in boosting my confidence and overall well-being. The values and #BeHeroic mission of International United Miss align perfectly with my own, and I'm excited to continue making a positive impact and breaking barriers for the next year as National United Miss 2023-24.
